XL flanging system

Eurotis, a leader in flanging systems for plumbing and heating systems, offers ideal solutions for all system needs, from DN10 to DN25 fittings and gaskets to the new patented line of “XL” products.
As of today, in fact, it is possible to develop flanging for diameters of 32, 40 and 50, thus allowing an entire system to be developed with PLT-CSST tubing and flange connections.

HIGH RESISTANCE

The mechanical tube/fitting seal is created by the high resistance of the flange on the Eurotis PLT-CSST tube, due to the minimum thickness of 0.35 mm and to the compression of the last two corrugations. The water seal on the other hand is guaranteed by different types of flat gaskets: Klingersil and EPDM for water and NBR for gas. Moreover, the system nuts are built with a special seat, which enhances their hold.

FOR BIG AND MEDIUM INSTALLATION

The Eurotis flanging system has been designed and developed for pipes of different diameters, from DN 32 to DN 50, to satisfy all plant requirements.

EASY TO INSTALL

To flange the PLT-CSST tubes, Eurotis provides the installer with XL ADAPTOR. Eurotis patented, it is the first and only semi-automatic flanging tool for large diameters compatible with main standard press machines (non-mini).

HIDRAULIC SEAL

The hydraulic seal is guaranteed by different types of flat gaskets: Klingersil, EPDM for water and NBR for gas. Furthermore, the system nuts are built with a special seat that optimizes the seal.
