Information relevant to the processing of personal data according to article 13 of the EU regulation no. 2016/679


Preamble: this information is given in accordance with the Regulation relevant to the protection of natural persons and their personal details as given in the EU Regulations 2016/679 (hereinafter “Regulations”).

Eurotis S.r.l. is the Controller of the processing and wants to inform you about the processing of the personal data you have provided.

The Controller ensures that your personal data will be processed lawfully, correctly and with transparency according to the principles given in the Regulation and that your personal data, as well as your rights and fundamental freedoms will be protected.

The Controller of the processing: according to article 4(7) of the Regulation, the processing Collector Eurotis S.r.l. represented by its Legal Representative.

Purposes and methods of processing: the processing of collected data is carried out for the following purposes:

  • Replying to inquiries;
  • Subscribing to the newsletter.

Personal data is collected through electronic methods and are processed by IT instruments by some authorized staff of ours in accordance with the rules relevant to the protection of privacy and security.

Legal basis of the processing: according to Art. 6 c 1 point b of the Regulation, the processing is legal because it is necessary to execute an agreement which the subject is part of.

Optional conferment of the data and consequences of the refusal: the conferment of the data for the above-mentioned purposes is optional but the refusal prevents us from meeting the subject’s needs.

Data storage: the collected data will be stored and processed for the period that is necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes and for answering inquiries. The data that are necessary for sending newsletters will be stored until the subject withdraws his/her consent and, in any case, not for more than 10 years from the last communication.

Communication and diffusion: the processed data will be communicated to our authorized personnel and to their parties which are appointed as responsible for the data processing for purposes of management of the website as well as for sending newsletter.

Rights of the subject: according to the European Regulations, the subjects have the right to ask the data Collector to access their personal data (see art. 15), correct it (see article 16), delete it or exert the right of being forgotten (see article 17), or restrict the processing of his/her personal data (see article 18), for the right to the portability of data (art. 20), for the right to object to the processing (see article 21), besides the data subject shall have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling which produces legal effects concerning him or her or similarly significantly affects him or her (see article 22).

Please take note that, at any time, you can issue a complaint to the responsible Authority according to article 77 of the Regulations.
